1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our dedicated team will swiftly assist you and provide you with instructions for returning your item.

3. Return Process: Once you have contacted our customer service team and purchased your return shipping label, proceed to carefully package and ship the item back to us.

4. Item Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, our team will thoroughly inspect it to verify if it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will then notify you promptly of the item's status.

5. Refund Process: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to reflect, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please remember that we do not accept returns on items put on clearance. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
